All registrations for Unico Warranty (both basic 1 year and extended 5 year) are submitted by you, the installing contractor, on behalf of your customer.

Once you have completed the Job Registration form, the owner (i.e. homeowner/end-user) of the newly installed Unico System can sign up to receive two great gifts…compliments of Unico! Your homeowner will get an electronic form to order these great gifts. Gifts include a one year subscription to Old House Journal Magazine and a Unico Gear item of their choice. The email address for the owner of the installed Unico System is required - this insures accuracy in shipping and Unico Gear selection.
